现代社会生活节奏加快且竞争激烈,使人们长期处于体力和心理的超负荷运行状态,表现出亚健康症状。为了缓解疲劳,有些人经常吃一些零食,如巧克力、饼干及碳酸饮料等。这些食物含糖较高,食用后能迅速产生能量,对抗疲劳有一定的作用,但若进食量多,不仅会影响正餐食量,而且过多摄入的糖会在体内转化
Modern society accelerates the pace of life and fierce competition, so that people are in long-term physical and mental state of overload, showing sub-health symptoms.
