近年来,因特网和电子商务在我国逐步为人们所认识,并且正在进入百姓的日常生活,兴起了网上购物、网上订票等活动。这样,不仅为大家提供了方便,可以节省许多时间和精力,而且实现了信息共享,扩大了人际交流范围。更重要的是由于改变了人的封闭生活方式,使得人的观念、思维方式和行为发生变化,逐步适应知识经济时代的要求,这是社会进步的表现。 与此相比,我国多数企业在电子商务上还无动于衷,认为本企业不需要在网上做生意,电子商务与己关系不大或者还很遥远。与先进国家相比较,我国企业电子商务的发展水平,存在很大的差距。具体表现为以下几个方面: ●我国大多数企业尚未开展电子商务,缺乏明确的目标和实施计划;有的企业还处于启蒙阶段。 ●大部分企业的竞争环境在国内,主要竞争对手是国内企业,发展水平相当,因此在大环境上缺乏应用电子商务的紧迫性和必要性。
In recent years, Internet and e-commerce have been gradually recognized by people in our country and are entering the daily life of ordinary people. There are many activities such as online shopping and online booking. In this way, not only is it convenient for everyone, it can save a lot of time and energy, but also realize the information sharing and expand the scope of interpersonal communication. More importantly, it is the manifestation of social progress that changes people’s closed lifestyles, changes people’s concepts, ways of thinking and behaviors, and gradually adapts to the requirements of the knowledge-based economy. In contrast, the majority of enterprises in China are still indifferent to e-commerce, that the business does not need to do business online, e-commerce has little to do with or far away. Compared with the advanced countries, the level of development of e-commerce in China’s enterprises, there is a big gap. Specific performance in the following areas: Most enterprises in our country have not yet launched e-commerce, the lack of a clear goal and implementation plan; some enterprises are still in the Enlightenment stage. ● Most of the enterprises have a competitive environment in the country. The main competitors are domestic enterprises and their development level is quite high. Therefore, there is a lack of urgency and necessity for the application of e-commerce in a large environment.
