教学几年来,本人体会到,后进生对学习产生逆反的情绪,是提高整体教学水平的一大困难,后进生的成因是多方面的,有家庭的,有社会的,有智力方面的,也有非智力方面的,有先天的,也有后天的.在后进生的身上缺乏独立性,自信心,目标性,久而久之,先是厌恶,而后放弃.正是由于缺乏学习的主动性,严重地影响着后进生的智力发展.阻碍了后进生学习上的进步.下面就数学后进生的转化工作浅谈自己的一些看法.
In the past few years, the human body has come to understand that the negative emotions of backward students are a major difficulty in improving the overall teaching level. The causes of backward students are manifold, family, social, and intellectual. Non-intellectual, congenital, and acquired. There is a lack of independence, self-confidence, and purpose in the underdeveloped body. Over time, first disgust, and then give up. It is because of the lack of initiative in learning that it seriously affects the intellectual development of later students. Hindered the advancement of learning progress. Here are some of my own views on the transformation of mathematics.
