针对推土机作业跑偏问题,提出一种基于激光技术的推土作业纠偏方法。该方法利用激光发射器产生的激光面作为作业基准,由固定在推土机上的激光接收器实时确定作业路线的偏离情况,当偏离超出允许范围时,电子控制单元向转向控制装置发出转向调整信号,使推土机始终沿着预定路线作业,实现自动纠偏。经试验验证,该方法能够有效克服推土机作业过程中因负荷变化、地面不平等因素导致的偏转,提高作业精度和作业效率,减轻驾驶员疲劳,降低燃油消耗。
Aiming at the deviation of bulldozer operation, a correction method of bulldozing based on laser technology is proposed. The method utilizes the laser surface generated by the laser emitter as a working reference, and the laser receiver fixed on the bulldozer determines the deviation of the working route in real time. When the deviation exceeds the allowable range, the electronic control unit sends a steering adjustment signal to the steering control device, So bulldozers always work along the intended route, to achieve automatic correction. The experimental verification shows that this method can effectively overcome the deflection caused by load changes and ground inequalities during bulldozer operation, improve the working accuracy and work efficiency, reduce driver fatigue and reduce fuel consumption.
