中国西部地大物博,壮观富饶。西部企业用工、职工继续教育、新生劳动力的就业观念保守、经济欠发达。需要加强宣传力度,转变办学观念；健全配套法规,为西部职教保驾护航；专业设置贴近市场；教学内容与教学形式不断更新；校企联合扩大交流；加强师资队伍建设,提高管理人员素质；重视实训基地建设,强化技能培养；大力发展职业资格教育,结合工作培养实用性技能人才；大力发展现代远程教育,大批量培养西部实用人才。
The vast western China is rich and magnificent. The employment of workers in the western part of the country, the continuing education of staff and workers, and the concept of employment of newlywed labor are conservative and the economy is underdeveloped.
