二十多年来,表面活性剂的应用已遍及分析化学的各个领域,如:分光光度法、萤光分析法、原子吸收法、滴定分析法、电化学分析法和微量组分的分离富集等方面。据文献统计,到1980年,国内外在这方面发表的文章已超过650篇,其中80%为胶束增溶分光光度法方面的论文,只有2%左右的报告与表面活性剂在萤光分析中的应用有关。尽管人们在这方面所做的工作较少,但从目前取得的成果来看,足以证明表面活性剂在萤光分析中的应用是具有广阔前景的。有关这方面的工作,除Hinge曾做过简要介绍外,国内外尚未发表过专门的评述文章。因此,我们认为有必要对这方面的工作做出归纳和总结,为进一步深入的研究提供科学的依据和参考。
