鄙人驻地的一条街道上,餐馆林立,竞争激烈,生意大都不景气。唯有一家“再回首”小饭店,其貌不扬,却每日食客云集,且当中大多数是常客。何故?打听、记住、叫出顾客的名字是小店老板吸引“回头客”的经营秘诀。 凡是新客进店,老板便一边寒喧一边自然地问出姓名。离去时老板像老熟人似的亲切地喊着名字,希望再来。当再次光顾,老板不但像见到久别重逢的老朋友,喊着名字伸出双手,火热般地迎了上来,还能记住顾客喜好哪一口。因此,不少老常客坐下来只须一句“老规矩”或“照旧”,就能吃上称心可口的饭菜。故而生意兴隆。 仔细思量,小店老板靠“记住顾客”争夺客源,的确技高一筹。道理很简单。一是给新来的顾客留下美好的印象,又能使常客感到仿佛回到自己家中的温暖、亲切。系住了买卖双方的心;二是缩短了买卖双方的心理距离,使商业活动更容易在平和轻松的气氛中圆满成交;三是记住顾客,了解他们的生活习惯便可抢先满足他们的需求,
