目的研究强肌健力饮对重症肌无力呼吸肌疲劳的作用和机制。方法建立重症肌无力动物模型,观察强肌健力饮和强的松对大鼠AchRAb滴度、膈肌乙酰胆碱电位、小终板电位和病理学形态的影响。结果强肌健力组和激素组各组治疗前后AchRAb滴度下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);强肌健力组和激素组治疗后大鼠膈肌Achp和MEPP振幅升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康对照组、强肌健力组和激素组运动终板数量比较无明显差别(P<0.05)。结论强肌健力饮可能通过减少AchRAb的产生,增加膈肌乙酰胆碱电位和小终板电位,来改善膈肌的运动功能,减轻呼吸肌疲劳。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Qiangji Jianli Yin on myasthenia gravis. Methods The animal model of myasthenia gravis was established. The effects of Qiangji Jianli Decoction and prednisone on AchRAb titers, acetylcholine potentials, small endplate potentials and pathomorphology of rats were observed. Results The AchRAb titers in the Jianji-Jianli and Hormone groups before and after treatment were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The amplitude of Achp and MEPP in the Jianji Jianli and Hormone groups was increased after treatment There was statistical significance (P <0.05). No significant difference was found in the number of motor endpoints in healthy control group, strong muscle-strengthening group and hormone group (P <0.05). Conclusions Qiangjian Jianli Decoction can improve the motor function of diaphragmatic muscle and relieve respiratory muscle fatigue by decreasing the production of AchRAb and increasing the acetylcholine potential and the small endplate potential of the diaphragm.
