用RP—HPLC法测定了10个市售诃子药材样品中3种主要可水解丹宁:诃子酸(chebulinic acid,I)、诃黎勒酸(chebulagic acid,Ⅱ)和1,3,6-三-O-没食子酰基葡萄糖(1,3,6-tri-O-galloy-β-D-glucose,Ⅲ)的含量。结果表明,Ⅰ和Ⅱ的含量与诃子药材的性状有明显正相关性。
Three main hydrolysable tannins in 10 commercially available samples of wolfberry fruit were determined by RP-HPLC: chebulinic acid (I), chebulagic acid (II) and 1,3,6 The content of tri-O-galloydose (1,3,6-tri-O-galloy-β-D-glucose, III). The results showed that the contents of I and II were positively correlated with the traits of Fructus Gardeniae.
