用ＲＰ—ＨＰＬＣ法测定了１０个市售诃子药材样品中３种主要可水解丹宁：诃子酸（ｃｈｅｂｕｌｉｎｉｃ ａｃｉｄ，Ｉ）、诃黎勒酸（ｃｈｅｂｕｌａｇｉｃ ａｃｉｄ，Ⅱ）和１，３，６－三－Ｏ－没食子酰基葡萄糖（１，３，６－ｔｒｉ－Ｏ－ｇａｌｌｏｙ－β－Ｄ－ｇｌｕｃｏｓｅ，Ⅲ）的含量。结果表明，Ⅰ和Ⅱ的含量与诃子药材的性状有明显正相关性。
Three main hydrolysable tannins in 10 commercially available samples of wolfberry fruit were determined by RP-HPLC: chebulinic acid (I), chebulagic acid (II) and 1,3,6 The content of tri-O-galloydose (1,3,6-tri-O-galloy-β-D-glucose, III). The results showed that the contents of I and II were positively correlated with the traits of Fructus Gardeniae.
