前不久,县里召开大会,对一批刑事犯罪分子进行集中宣判,参加会议的人数多达25000人,其中80％来自农村,都是普普通通的农民。县委分管政法工作的刘书记在大会上有个讲话,讲话稿由我起草。参照历次宣判大会的讲话材料,我很快拟定了提纲。一谈全县的治安形势,总结成绩,点出问题,号召全县上下充分认识全县治安状况的严峻性,继续努力,共同创造良好的治安环境;二谈对犯罪分子要从重从快打击,不能手软,保持法律的严肃性;三谈加强领导,强化责任,把维护一方平安的责任落实
