目前新建铜冶炼厂大多使用半自磨机—球磨机工艺对铜渣进行粉磨作业,由于铜渣这种人造矿石的特性不同于原矿,对半自磨机筒体衬板的磨损也与其他磨机有异。通过观察和测量,对比在近似工况下,整体式和分体式2种结构筒体衬板的磨损情况,分析各自的磨损特点,并从衬板结构等角度分析了造成2种衬板磨损速度不同的原因,得出在同等条件下,分体式衬板的磨损情况要优于L形整体衬板的结论。
