刚果是中部非洲小国,人口仅200万,1960年独立,1963年爆发“8月革命”,1964年6月宣布“选择科学社会主义”。25年来,刚果人民和政府为巩固政治独立,振兴民族经济,争取经济独立,不断探索符合本国国情的发展道路,几经曲折,取得了宝贵的经验和教训。本文主要就刚果最近10年经济发展战略的演变,试作简要介绍和初步分析。
The Congo is a small country in Central Africa with a population of only 2 million. It was independent in 1960, broke “the August Revolution” in 1963 and “selected scientific socialism” in June 1964. Over the past 25 years, the people and the government of the Congo have gained valuable experience and lessons in twists and turns in order to consolidate their political independence, rejuvenate their national economy, strive for economic independence, and constantly explore ways of development that are in keeping with their own national conditions. This article mainly on the evolution of the Congo economic development strategy for the past 10 years, a brief introduction and preliminary analysis.
