设计了2组钢桁梁桥焊接整体节点。基于静力试验,系统研究了在水平和竖向荷载作用下节点的刚度、应力应变分布、极限承载力、破坏模态等力学性能,重点对比分析了圆弧过渡构造的影响情况。研究表明:圆弧过渡可降低节点核心区附近翼板和腹板的应力水平,对节点竖向刚度影响不明显但使水平刚度显著提高,同时节点的极限承载力也得到明显提升,但圆弧过渡未对节点的破坏模态产生根本性改变。在钢桁梁桥的焊接整体节点中采用圆弧过渡对其力学性能影响是有利的。
Two groups of steel truss bridges are designed to weld the whole node. Based on the static test, the stiffness, stress-strain distribution, ultimate bearing capacity and failure modes of the joints under horizontal and vertical loads are systematically studied. The influence of the circular transitional structure is analyzed emphatically. The results show that the arc transition can reduce the stress level of the flanges and webs near the core of the joint, but have no obvious effect on the vertical stiffness of the joints but increase the horizontal stiffness remarkably. At the same time, the ultimate bearing capacity of the joints has also been significantly improved. However, No fundamental changes have been made to the damage modes of nodes. It is beneficial to adopt the arc transition in the whole welded joints of the steel truss girders to the mechanical properties.
