目的:探讨前交叉韧带重建术后,脑初级躯体感觉运动区、次级躯体感觉区、运动前区和补充运动区的脑功能变化。方法:15名男性青少年受试者,右侧前交叉韧带自体腘绳肌腱解剖单束重建术后1.5~2年,左膝正常。受试者完成脑功能核磁共振检查,右侧伸膝运动时的数据列为实验组,左侧伸膝运动时的数据列为对照组。两组进行配对t检验。结果:与对照组相比,实验组前交叉韧带重建患者的初级感觉运动区、运动前区的激活减小(P<0.05),次级躯体感觉区的激活增强(P<0.05),补充运动区的激活则正常。结论:前交叉韧带重建术后主要脑功能区发生功能重塑。
Objective: To investigate the changes of brain function in the area of primary somatosensory motor, secondary somatosensory area, pre-motor area and complementary motor area after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. METHODS: Fifteen male adolescents and right anterior cruciate ligament autologous hamstring tendons were dissected from 1.5 to 2 years after single-bundle reconstruction, with normal left knee. Subjects completed the brain function MRI, the right knee extensor movement data as experimental group, left knee extensor data as a control group. The two groups were paired t-test. Results: Compared with the control group, the activation of the primary sensory zone, pre-motor zone and the somatosensory zone in the experimental group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) Area activation is normal. CONCLUSION: Functional remodeling of major brain functional areas after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is performed.
