用喷射成形工艺生产超高碳钢可成功避免碳的宏观偏析,但还必须通过合适的后继工艺处理,使喷射态坯料中的微缺陷得到弥合,并获得所需的显微组织。由此研究了超高碳钢工艺-组织-性能的关系,着重讨论了生产具有球化组织及良好综合力学性能(抗张强度约1200MPa,伸长率达19%)的超高碳钢的工艺路线。
The production of ultrahigh-carbon steels by the injection molding process successfully avoids macrosegregation of carbon, but must also be met by suitable post-processing to bridge the micro-defects in the sprayed blank and obtain the desired microstructure. The relationship between process-microstructure and properties of ultra-high carbon steel was studied. The production process of ultra-high carbon steel with spheroidized structure and good mechanical properties (tensile strength of about 1200MPa and elongation of 19%) was mainly discussed route.
