Dahui Temple is now located in Daliushu Village on the west side of Beijing’s western suburbs from Xizhimen to the Summer Palace. It is now being built by the Steel Research Institute, leaving only the Great Sad Hall. On the night of April 15, 1983, due to the lighting of the surveying and mapping lighting, the wooden structure was partially burned. Four fire engines were immediately dispatched by the fire department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau. Fortunately, it was not a disaster. The outline of Dahui Temple’s origin is as follows: According to “The Water Pavilion”: “Yong Zhengde Eight Years (1513)”, the Secretary of the Supervising Superintendent Xiong Xiong built the temple in the village of Weiwu, Xiangshan Township, Wanping County. ."
