在液相体系中成功制备了单分散的银纳米片,反应过程中没有机械搅拌及使用任何表面活性剂,只用硝酸银和维生素C作为原料。相反,使用机械搅拌,获得的产物为银的纳米粒子团聚体。产物的形貌和相结构用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线粉末衍射(XRD)进行了表征。讨论了可能的反应机理,有助于理解化学反应过程中的粒子团聚机理。
Monodispersed silver nanosheets were successfully prepared in the liquid phase system without any mechanical agitation and any surfactant, and only silver nitrate and vitamin C were used as raw materials. In contrast, using mechanical agitation, the product obtained is a nanoparticle agglomerate of silver. The morphology and phase structure of the product were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The possible reaction mechanism is discussed to help understand the mechanism of particle agglomeration during chemical reactions.
