知识经济全球化的宏观背景和目前我国所处发展阶段的特殊要求,使企业R&D人员激励成为企业管理实践中亟需解决好的重要问题。通过对激励研究路径和人才产权相关研究脉络的梳理发现,无论从理论层面还是实践层面,“人才产权实现感知”都将是研究企业R&D人员激励的有效切入点。它的提出,可将以往研究试图通过对人才产权进行量化估价来实现对R&D人员的激励,转换为探索如何对R&D人员进行激励能使其感知到人才资本产权的实现,并以此为依据进行企业激励制度的设计。鉴于“人才产权实现感知”这一概念的新颖性和复合性,本文通过文献回顾对其进行了界定,并结合已有研究初步提出其测量维度,以期为后续相关研究奠定基础。
The macroscopical background of the globalization of knowledge economy and the special requirements of the current development stage in our country make the encouragement of enterprise R & D personnel an important problem to be solved urgently in the practice of enterprise management. Through combing the research path of motivation and talent property, it is found that both the theoretical and practical aspects, “Perception of the realization of human resource property rights” will be an effective entry point for researching the motivation of R & D personnel in enterprises. It puts forward that previous research can try to realize the motivation of R & D personnel by quantitatively valuing the property right of human resources and explore how to motivate R & D personnel so as to make them perceive the realization of human capital property right. Based on this, Design of Enterprise Incentive System. In view of the novelty and comprehension of the notion of “Talent Perception Realization”, this paper defines it through literature review, and initially proposes its measurement dimensions according to the existing research, so as to lay the foundation for the follow-up related research.
