为提高清水池的消毒效率并减少消毒副产物生成量,研究了清水池有效水力停留时间t10的影响因素。采用示踪试验进行中试模型研究,长度相似比例为1¨60;采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟示踪试验,研究了进水流速、拐角数及拐角宽度的影响。试验结果验证了清水池的总长宽比是影响t10的主要因素。CFD模拟结果表明:总长宽比相同时,拐角数越少t10越大;拐角宽度存在最优值范围;而一定范围内流速的变化对t10的影响不明显。
In order to improve the disinfection efficiency and reduce the production of disinfection by-products, the influencing factors of the effective hydraulic retention time (t10) of fresh water pool were studied. A pilot test was carried out using a tracer test with a similar length ratio of 1 ¨ 60. CFD simulations were used to study the effects of influent flow rate, number of corners and corner width. The test results verify that the total aspect ratio of clean water tank is the main factor affecting t10. The results of CFD simulation show that when the total length-width ratio is the same, the smaller the number of corners is, the larger t10 is; the width of the corner has the optimal value range; while the change of the velocity within the range has no obvious effect on t10.
