将23个大麦突变体的8个农艺性状与其亲本进行了比较。结果表明:突变体的综合农艺性状比亲本有较大改良,其中株高和收获指数的改良效果最显著。若按性状得到显著改良的突变体数目排列,大麦突变育种的改良效果依次为:株高>收获指数>每穗粒数>抽穗期>单株穗数>千粒重和单株籽粒产量>单株生物产量。这些大麦突变体具有较好的育种利用价值。
Eight agronomic traits of 23 barley mutants were compared with their parents. The results showed that the comprehensive agronomic traits of mutants were greatly improved than the parents, of which the improvement effect of plant height and harvest index was the most significant. If the number of mutants with significantly improved traits was arranged, the improvement effect of mutation breeding was as follows: plant height> harvest index> number of grains per ear> heading date> number of ears per plant> 1000-grain weight and grain yield per plant> Yield. These barley mutants have better breeding value.
