针对民办教育企业中知识性员工高层次需求未被挖掘和满足的现状,以激励流程分析、激励原理分析、员工满意度分析组合来分析知识性型员工的高层次需求,对需求层次理论进行扩展,使得该理论在中国民办教育企业员工管理理论体系中得到优化。本文以民办高职教育企业知识型员工为研究对象。分析结果表明,所提出的竞争挖潜法和智力产权法使需求层级激励理论在面对新环境、新类型企业时更完善、更具先进性。
Aiming at the current situation that the high-level needs of knowledgeable employees in private-run education enterprises have not been excavated and satisfied, this paper analyzes the high-level needs of knowledge-based employees by means of incentive process analysis, incentive principle analysis and employee satisfaction analysis, and expands the demand hierarchy theory , Making the theory optimized in the theory of employee management in private education enterprises in China. In this paper, private knowledge-based employees of higher vocational education as the research object. The analysis results show that the proposed competitive tapping method and intellectual property law make the demand-level incentive theory more perfect and advanced in the face of new environment and new types of enterprises.
