中国飞龙专业航空公司的一架Z-9A直升机在一次执行任务中,发动机发生故障并起火,野外迫降。故障发动机经返厂分解检查、分析,确认故障原因是燃气发生器涡轮空心轴内壁附着的砂尘脱落引发突然的动不平衡,导致燃气防生器后轴承损坏,造成发动机空中停车。本文介绍了故障发生的经过,检查及分析的结果,探讨了进入空心涡轮轴内的砂尘可能引起的严重后果,并对砂尘、烟尘防护提出了几种措施。
A Z-9A helicopter from a China-based flying professional airline was in a mission and the engine failed and caught fire and forced to land in the open. Fault engine back to the factory decomposition inspection, analysis, to confirm the cause of the malfunction is the gas turbine turbine hollow shaft attached to the inner wall of sand and dust fall off caused a sudden dynamic imbalance, resulting in bearing damage after gas pendulum, resulting in engine parking. This paper introduces the results of the passing, inspection and analysis of the failure, discusses the serious consequences that the sand and dust entering the hollow turbine shaft may cause, and puts forward some measures for dust and dust protection.
