Insulin-like growth factor (IGF) is necessary to maintain the malignant phenotype of tumors, and the insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF-IR) is often expressed at high levels in lung cancer. The stable transfection of an antisense plasmid with an initial 300 bp expression of the IGF-IR gene reduced the tumorigenicity of various tumor cell lines and demonstrated in a variety of animal experimental models that this method can induce organisms to have been generated without genetic modification. The tumor produces a system of anti-tumor effects. In this article, an adenoviral vector system expressing antisense IGF-IR was established, and it is hoped that it can develop into a clinical method for treating tumors. through
