常规的脉冲信号发生器均由各种无稳和单稳定时电路组成,因而需要经常校正才能保证输出脉冲信号频率和宽度等参数的准确性。本文介绍的数字式脉冲信号源(以下简称脉冲源)均采用数字集成电路,利用数字脉冲技术,使各部分电路均在晶体振荡器产生的时钟信号控制下同步工作,因而可以获得频率与宽度极为稳定的脉冲信号。根据不同用途,为脉冲源配上合适的输出电路及外触发电路,便可构成完整的脉冲信号发生器。此外,脉冲源还带有工频电源裂相同步触发电路,可以满足某些研究测试领域的特殊需要。
