目的:探讨血透室护理中应用护理流程管理对护理质量的影响。方法:2015年2月起在血透室护理中应用护理流程管理,总结应用1年内血透室的风险事件发生率、患者护理满意度,以及患者对护理人员的服务态度、健康教育、技术操作、沟通管理的评分等情况。结果:风险事件发生率由应用前的10.59%降到1.14%(P<0.05);护理满意度由应用前的84.71%提高到93.18%(P<0.05);患者对护理人员的服务态度、健康教育、技术操作和沟通管理的评分均较应用前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:血透室护理应用流程管理,有利于降低风险事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度和护理质量。 Objective: To investigate the impact of applying nursing process management to nursing quality in hemodialysis room nursing. METHODS: Nursing procedure management was applied in hemodialysis care since February 2015, and the incidence of risk events in hemodialysis patients, satisfaction with patient care, and patient care attitude, health education, technical operation , Communication management rating and so on. Results: The incidence of risk events decreased from 10.59% before application to 1.14% (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing increased from 84.71% before application to 93.18% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The management of hemodialysis room nursing application process is beneficial to reduce the incidence of risk events and improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality of care.
