目的研究不同运动强度对老年高血压的疗效。方法100例老年高血压随机分为三组,A组:大运动强度(心率达到80%年龄预计最大心率)40例,B组:小运动强度(强度为60%年龄预计最大心率)40例,C组:不进行任何运动干预20例。三组均保持入组前的抗高血压药物的治疗,12周后进行亚极量运动试验。结果①B组受试者在12周试验后安静及运动时收缩压较A、C组显著降低(P<0.05~<0.01),②A、B组的运动时间及最大代谢当量均较C组显著增加(P<0.05)。结论小运动强度是老年高血压患者更为适宜的运动锻炼强度。
Objective To study the effect of different exercise intensity on senile hypertension. Methods 100 cases of elderly hypertension were randomly divided into three groups. Group A: 40 cases with large exercise intensity (the maximum heart rate reached 80% of age), 40 cases with small exercise intensity (60% of the expected maximum heart rate) Group C: no exercise intervention in 20 cases. All three groups were treated with antihypertensive drugs before enrollment and submaximal exercise tests were performed 12 weeks later. Results ① In group B, the systolic pressure was significantly lower than that of group A and C (P <0.05 ~ <0.01) after 12 weeks of exercise. ② The exercise time and the maximum metabolic equivalent of group A and B were significantly higher than those of group C (P <0.05). Conclusion Small exercise intensity is more suitable exercise intensity for elderly hypertensive patients.
