我们自1976年在工作中发现,每管接种花药数多的比每管接种花药数少的愈伤组织诱导率高,表明花药聚集有提高诱导率的效果。为了证明这种效果,我们进一步作了有关方面的试验。试验材料取自本所水稻常规育种组的(红飞娥糯×红410)F_1和(红飞娥糯×珍珠糯)F_1,这是两个糯×籼、糯×糯组合,在花粉处于单核晚期进行接种。基本培养基选用 N_6、籼诱Ⅲ(广东植物所)。以每管花药40—50枚的为对照,聚集效应处理的每管花药80—85枚。花药培养按一般方法进行,花药接
