对低剂量照射后的孕鼠子代进行耳蜗血管纹的形态学观察。结果:照射组缘细胞表面下陷、微绒毛减少、胞核消失呈大空泡;缘细胞突起线粒体嵴结构不清、空化。讨论了血管纹辐射损伤与听功能的关系,认为辐射性听功能障碍,除与Corti器损伤有关外,还与血管纹损伤有间接关系。
Morphology of cochlear stria vascularis was observed in the offspring of pregnant rats after low dose irradiation. Results: The surface cells of the limbs of the irradiation group were subsided, the number of microvilli was reduced, and the nuclei disappeared and were vacuoles. The mitochondria cristae of the marginal cells were unclear and cavitated. The relationship between vascular pattern radiation damage and hearing function was discussed. Radiation hearing impairment was considered to be indirectly related to vascular pattern injury except for the damage to Corti.
