随着社会主义市场经济的发展,越来越多的人富裕了.因为经济的繁荣和社会结构的变化,人的个性获得了真正的解放,人们可以通过各种经济交易活动获取利益.但是人口之重负,资源的短缺,导致了获利机会的减少和利益的矛盾.所以,大量有害经济秩序的获利行为就不可避免--大量不法获利行为发生了.显然,我们应该用刑法来调整这些行为,即我们应该建立一个完善的刑事法律体系来规制这些不法获利行为.
