以β-环糊精(β-CD)为手性选择剂,采用毛细管区带电泳(CZE)对(R)-和(S)-3-羟基戊二酸乙酯进行手性拆分。通过考察手性选择剂浓度、电泳缓冲液pH、柱温以及分离电压对分离的影响,建立了比较理想的毛细管电泳手性拆分方法。在30 mmol/Lβ-CD、pH 5.0、柱温25℃以及分离电压20 kV分离条件下,(R)-和(S)-3-羟基戊二酸乙酯得到了完全分离。该分离方法具有较好的重复性和稳定性。
Chiral resolution of (R) - and (S) -3-hydroxyglutarate by capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) was performed using β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) as a chiral selector. The ideal capillary electrophoresis chiral resolution method was established by investigating the effect of chiral selector concentration, pH of electrophoresis buffer, column temperature and separation voltage on the separation. Ethyl (R) - and (S) -3-hydroxyglutarate was completely separated at 30 mmol / L β-CD at pH 5.0 with a column temperature of 25 ° C and a separation voltage of 20 kV.
