本文利用部分相干理论研究了高阶厄米-高斯光束通过随机位相片的变换。数值模拟的结果表明:通过选择合适的随机相位片参数,可以得到均匀化的光强分布。这一结果与已有实验相一致。
In this paper, the partial coherence theory is used to study the transformation of high-order Hermite-Gaussian beams passing through a random bitmap. The numerical simulation results show that the uniform light intensity distribution can be obtained by choosing the appropriate parameters of random phase plate. This result is consistent with previous experiments.
