跑步者如果想要跑得更快、更理想、更强壮,需要采用专门的方法来锻炼自己的核心肌肉。20多年前,很少发现有顶级的跑步者把精力花在锻炼他们的腹部肌肉上。而现在,这已经成了必不可少的部分。科学家和教练们现在已经知道,如果没有强健的核心肌肉(腹部、下背部和臀部的肌肉),就不可能跑出自己的最好成绩。这些核心肌肉为跑步者在上坡、最后冲刺、长时间地维持最有效的跑步动作提供所需要的稳定性、动力和耐力。
Runners who want to run faster, better, and stronger need specialized ways to exercise their core muscles. More than 20 years ago it was rare to find top runners focused on exercising their abdominal muscles. Now, it has become an indispensable part. Scientists and coaches now know that without the strong core muscles (abdomen, lower back and buttocks muscles), it is impossible to run their best score. These core muscles provide the stability, motivation and stamina needed by the runner to go uphill, up to the final sprint, and maintain the most effective running for a prolonged period of time.
