目的:优选贯叶金丝桃中金丝桃苷的乙醇提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、乙醇加入倍数、提取温度、提取次数为考察因素,以金丝桃苷提取率为指标,采用正交试验优选金丝桃苷乙醇提取最佳条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为20倍量的60%乙醇,90℃提取4次,每次2h。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为贯叶金丝桃中金丝桃苷的提取工艺。
Objective: To optimize the process of ethanol extraction of hyperin from Hypericum perforatum. Methods: The optimal conditions of ethanol extraction from hyperoside were optimized by orthogonal test based on ethanol concentration, ethanol addition multiple, extraction temperature and extraction times as investigation factors. Results: The optimum extraction process was 20 times the amount of 60% ethanol, extracted at 90 ℃ 4 times, each time 2h. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as the extraction process of hyperoside in Hypericum perforatum.
