试验是利用室内水培萌发的优良单株嫩芽和幼嫩叶片为外植体进行了愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化和生根阶段的研究,确定了基本培养基及激素配比;对幼苗移栽过程的基质和环境进行了研究,确定了适宜的基质组成和温湿管理。从而摸索出了欧洲桤木组织培养及植株再生的高效、便捷、集约途径,为此树种的快速推广提供了有力的技术支撑。
The experiment was conducted using callus induction, adventitious bud differentiation and rooting stage of excellent single plant shoots and young leaves germinated from indoor hydroponic culture, and the basic medium and hormone ratio were determined. Planting process of the substrate and the environment were studied to determine the appropriate matrix composition and temperature and humidity management. Thus, we found out the efficient, convenient and intensive way of alder tissue culture and plant regeneration in Europe and provided strong technical support for the rapid popularization of tree species.
