流动测细胞器(Flow Cytometry,FCM)是测量不同细胞周期的 DNA 相对含量的一种仪器,可以快速测定增殖细胞群。作者使用 FCM 研究了12例急性白血病治疗期患者外周血细胞中 DNA 的相对含量,其中4例急淋,8例急粒。急淋使用 COAP(环磷酰胺、长春新碱、阿糖胞苷和强的松)方案,急粒使用PRAP(巯基嘌呤、红比霉素、阿糖胞苷和强的松)方案治疗。用药后每小时抽取血标本一次,其6次。以后在治疗过程中,每天抽血一次,除用 FCM 分析外,每个标本还检查血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板、血涂片。
Flow Cytometry (FCM) is an instrument that measures the relative amount of DNA in different cell cycles and allows rapid determination of proliferating cell populations. The authors used FCM to study the relative amount of DNA in the peripheral blood cells of 12 patients with acute leukemia during the treatment period, including 4 cases of acute lymphoblastic and 8 cases of acute granules. Acute pancreatic use of COAP (cyclophosphamide, vincristine, cytarabine, and prednisone) regimens was used to treat acute granules with PRAP (mercaptopurine, erythromycin, cytarabine, and prednisone) regimens. Blood samples were taken once per hour after medication, 6 times. Later during the course of treatment, blood was drawn once a day. In addition to FCM analysis, each specimen also examined hemoglobin, white blood cells, platelets, and blood smears.
