以丙烯酸(AA)接枝红薯渣(SPS)制得改性红薯渣,再与聚乳酸(PLA)在二甲基亚砜为溶剂的条件下进行共混,制备了一种新型廉价的生物可降解材料。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、熔融指数及扫描电镜等测试对共聚物进行了表征。通过正交试验优化接枝的最佳条件分别为:M_(AA)/M_(SPS)=3/1,反应温度80℃,反应时间1.5h,硝酸铈铵加入量10mmol/L。对改性SPS/PLA材料分析表明,AA改性后的SPS与PLA的相容性大大提高,SPS含量为50%时混合物熔融指数最高,分子量和黏度都相对较大,混合程度也较均匀。
The modified sweet potato residue was prepared from acrylic acid (AA) grafted sweet potato residue (SPS) and then blended with polylactic acid (PLA) under the condition of dimethylsulfoxide as solvent to prepare a new type of inexpensive bio- Degradable material. The copolymers were characterized by FTIR, X-ray diffraction, melt index and scanning electron microscopy. The optimum conditions of grafting by orthogonal experiment were as follows: M_ (AA) / M_ (SPS) = 3/1, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 1.5h and ammonium nitrate 10mmol / L. The analysis of modified SPS / PLA materials showed that the compatibility of SPS and PLA modified by AA was greatly improved. When the content of SPS was 50%, the melt index of the mixture was the highest, the molecular weight and viscosity were relatively large, and the mixing degree was more uniform.
