对8例高原肺水肿肺泡灌洗液中的免疫球蛋白、补体、组胺与5—羟色胺含量进行了检测，并与8例移居西藏高原5d的健康成人对比。高原肺水冲患者的肺泡灌洗液中IgG、IgM、C3、C4与组胺含量均显著增高（P＜0．01）、并见C5、C9增高（P＜0．05）。高原肺水肿的发生与体液免疫反应密切相关．高原肺水冲可能为超敏反应Ⅲ型疾病的局部表现。
Immunoglobulin, complement, histamine and serotonin in 8 cases of pulmonary edema in alveolar lavage fluid were detected and compared with 8 healthy adults who migrated to the Tibetan Plateau for 5 days. The contents of IgG, IgM, C3, C4 and histamine in alveolar lavage fluid in patients with plateau lungs flushing were significantly increased (P <0.01), and the contents of C5 and C9 were higher in the alveolar lavage fluid (P <0.05). The occurrence of high altitude pulmonary edema and humoral immune response are closely related. High altitude lung water red may be the local manifestation of hypersensitivity type Ⅲ disease.
