现代意义上的中国大学,即使从1898年京师大学堂算起,迄今也不过一百余年。如何确立中国大学的精神,如何理解中国大学的价值和文化根基,是现在很多人关心的问题。这个问题的实质是,中国大学在经历了一百多年的学习和追随之后,是否可以逐步走向成熟。成熟意味着在自我和他者以及世界的关系中确立自身。具体到哲学教育,在经历了一百余年的努力后,它面临着确立其成熟形态的问题。并且由于其自身的性质,哲学会呈现出比其他学科更复杂的情形。
Chinese universities in the modern sense, even from the Capital University in 1898, have so far passed for more than a hundred years. How to establish the spirit of Chinese universities and how to understand the value and cultural foundation of Chinese universities is a matter that many people are concerned about now. The essence of this question is whether China’s universities can gradually mature after more than 100 years of study and follow-up. Mature means establishing itself in the relationship between the ego and the other and the world. Specific to philosophy education, after a hundred years of hard work, it faces the problem of establishing its mature form. And because of its own nature, philosophy presents more complex conditions than other disciplines.
