研究了CDM GDP机场时隙资源的公平分配问题,提出了基于延误成本公平分配的新的协同地面等待优化模型。给出了航班延误成本的计算方法,将其应用于优化模型中目标函数的计算,并利用遗传算法对模型求解。最后,应用国内某机场的实际数据进行仿真验证,并与RBS算法作了比较。仿真结果表明,所提模型不仅能有效地分配GDP期间的有限时隙,使总延误成本比RBS算法降低了18%,而且使得航空公司间的延误损失得以均衡,显著提高了分配的公平性。
This paper studies the problem of equitable distribution of CDM GDP airport time slot resources and proposes a new collaborative ground waiting optimization model based on the fair distribution of delay costs. The calculation method of the flight delay cost is given, which is applied to the calculation of the objective function in the optimization model, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the actual data of a domestic airport is used to verify the simulation and comparison with the RBS algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed model can not only effectively allocate the limited time slots during the GDP period, but also reduce the total delay cost by 18% compared with the RBS algorithm. Moreover, the delay losses among airlines are balanced and the fairness of distribution is significantly improved.
