涪陵地区某科研所由于食用被桐油污染的菜油造成食物中毒,经调查,临床症状分析及实验室检测确定为桐油所致。报告如下:一、中毒经过1990年5月17日,某科研所食堂将购入的工业用菜油烹调菜肴,造成本所职工18人食用,全部中毒。二、调查结果(一)临床特点1、潜伏期食用后10分钟开始即有发病,半小时内发病2人,在2小时内先后全部出现临床症状,患病率为100%。2、病程最长为12小时,最短达6小时。主要症状为上腹部不适、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、头晕、无力等。
