本文系统研究了以聚丙烯(PP)无纺布为基体的,通过电子束预辐照引发接技共聚的方法制备的丙烯酸(AA)和一缩二乙二醇双丙烯酸酯(DGA)与PP的接技共聚物PP—g—PAA—DGA阳离子交换纤维对八种稀土离子的交换行为。发现交换量大,交换速度快,温度,溶液的pH值对交换的影响很大。吸附了稀土离子的纤维可用少量的稀HCl解吸,达到浓缩稀的稀土溶液的目的。经廿次交换—解吸循环后纤维的交换容量基本不变。表明它具有良好的交换稳定性。
In this paper, we systematically studied the effects of acrylic acid (AA), diethylene glycol diacrylate (DGA) and polypropylene (PP) non-woven fabric prepared by electron beam pre-irradiation Of the graft copolymer PP-g-PAA-DGA cation exchange fiber eight kinds of rare earth ions exchange behavior. Found a large exchange volume, exchange speed, temperature, pH of the solution on the exchange of great influence. Adsorption of rare earth ions in the fiber can be desorbed with a small amount of dilute HCl, to dilute rare earth solution purposes. After twenty exchanges - desorption cycle fiber exchange capacity remained unchanged. It shows that it has good exchange stability.
