上海第二织布厂把职工教育与家庭教育结合在一起,把文化教育的对象,从职工扩大到他们的子女,把职工的文化学习兴趣,从抓子女教育中自觉地导向职工本人。厂领导抓住了‘职教’和‘家教’这个结合点,在全厂职工中大力倡导‘在厂里做个好职工,在家里做个好家长’的行为规范,并把这个指导思想纳入企业文化建设的总体规划。作为一种经常性的组织形式,厂里成立了‘职工家庭教育联谊会’(下设学龄前、小学、中学三个组)。会务工作列入行政和工会的工作范围,厂部指派一名副厂长负责。厂长还允许职工安排好生产。占用一些工作时间参加各类课程的学习。在实这个计划时,该厂按照由低到高、由浅入深的原则,把‘职教’与‘家教’的结合不断推向高级的层次。他们先是举办一系列的家庭教育方法讲座,使家长得到教育不同年龄层次孩子的方法和知识,其次是举办咨询活动,聘请家教专家来厂咨询;三是开展各类专题研讨活动,
