某企业开展执行力情况调研,在对各类通报落实情况统计后发现,企业全年通报布置的257项工作,只有208项得到了执行,很多工作没有落实监督、没有明确具体检查部门人员、责任追究罚单中责任划分太过笼统等,导致执行情况不容乐观。近年来,为确保某项工作或任务的圆满完成,很多企业采取定期通报进度完成情况的方式督促和强化基层单位予以重视。可实际上,有的单位工作依然没有多大进展或根本没有进展,通报没有达到预期效果。
