利用经过表面处理的橡胶粉颗粒制备橡胶粉水泥混凝土,从界面理论分析橡胶粉颗粒表面改性处理对橡胶粉水泥混凝土力学性能的影响,用Eshelby等效夹杂理论计算橡胶颗粒水泥混凝土复合材料的等效弹性常数,研究橡胶粉掺量对水泥混凝土有效弹性常数的影响规律,并对其弹性常数进行上下限计算。实验表明,随着橡胶粉掺量的增加,材料弹性模量呈递减趋势。预测结果表明,在橡胶粉掺量大于3.5%时,预测值与试验值相对偏差开始明显加大,但是绝对偏差依然较小,模型的理论计算值与实验值取得了良好一致,上限值与实验值十分接近。
The effect of rubber powder particle surface modification on the mechanical properties of rubber powder cement concrete was studied by using the surface treated rubber powder particles and the theory of Eshelby inclusion was used to calculate the rubber particles cement concrete composites Elastic constant, the effect of rubber powder dosage on the effective elastic constants of cement concrete was studied, and the upper and lower bounds of its elastic constants were calculated. Experiments show that with the increase of the content of rubber powder, the elastic modulus of materials shows a decreasing trend. The results show that when the content of rubber powder is more than 3.5%, the relative deviation between the predicted value and the experimental value starts to increase obviously, but the absolute deviation is still small. The theoretical calculated value of the model is in good agreement with the experimental value, The experimental value is very close.
