为实现铁路企业管理机制的转变,我们昆明铁路局结合自身经营和管理的实际,针对外部运输市场日益激烈的竞争,不断深化内部改革,努力寻求铁路企业从“生产管理型”向“经营管理型”模式过度的国有资产管理方法。经过一年多的实践,我局初步形成了发展方向明确、管理目标清晰、机构职责到位、运作效果明显的国有资产管理格局。为确保路局资产经营责任制目标的顺利完成,以及建立现代企业财务管理机制发挥了良好的作用。

After more than a year of practice, our bureau initially formed a state-owned asset management pattern with a clear development direction, a clear management goal, an effective organization structure and effective operation.
