一、深化认识,建立师带徒考核评价体系当前石油行业技能人才尤其是高技能人才的数量和结构与油田发展的需要不相适应,尽快培养一支高素质的技能人才队伍,已成为当务之急。技师、高级技师带徒既能在新形势下快速培养出新的高技能操作人才,也为现有高技能人才施展才华发挥技术辐射作用搭建了舞台。
I. Deepening Understanding and Establishing an Evaluation System for Teachers, Assigning and Appointing Students At present, the quantity and structure of skilled personnel in petroleum industry, especially highly skilled personnel, are incompatible with the needs of oilfield development. It is imperative to cultivate a contingent of highly qualified skilled workers as soon as possible. Technicians and senior technicians can not only rapidly cultivate new highly skilled operatives under the new situation, but also set the stage for the existing high-skilled personnel to exert their technological radiating effect.
