目的 :进一步研究氯丙烯的中毒机理 ,探讨氯丙烯对神经细胞内钙稳态与能量合成的影响。方法 :用 Fura- 2 /AM、电子探针 X线微区分析、ATP生物发光分析等方法测定氯丙烯染毒后鸡胚脑神经细胞内游离 Ca2 +、钙百分含量及 ATP、ADP、AMP含量的改变。 结果 :随着氯丙烯浓度的增加 ,细胞内游离Ca2 + 浓度、钙百分含量明显增加 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;细胞内 ATP、ADP、AMP含量明显减低 ,细胞外 ADP、AMP含量明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :氯丙烯可引起神经细胞内 Ca增加和 ATP合成减少 ,氯丙烯引起的细胞内 Ca稳态失调可能与能量合成减少有关。
OBJECTIVE: To further investigate the mechanism of allyl chloride poisoning and to investigate the effect of allyl chloride on the calcium homeostasis and energy synthesis in nerve cells. CONCLUSION: Allyl chloride can cause increase of intracellular Ca and decrease of ATP synthesis in neuronal cells. The disorder of intracellular calcium homeostasis caused by allyl chloride may be related to the reduction of energy synthesis.
