通过13条犬建立深低温体外循环手术动物实验模型,根据酶学,心肌含水量和电镜6项指标观察其清除氧自由基能力,比较C93与临床上常用药—辅酶Q10的心肌保护作用。再灌注30′后,C93组的血浆丙二醛浓度和血浆肌酸激酶活性均比C0Q10组低(P<0.05),而其血浆超氧化物岐化酶却比C0Q10组高(P<0.05)。再灌注60′后,C93组的心肌含水量、线粒体肿胀程度均比C0Q10低(P<0.05)。结果提示:C93的氧自由基清除能力和线粒体修复速度均比C0Q10优越,说明C93对心肌保护的效果比C0Q10好。
The experimental animal models of cryogenic cardiopulmonary bypass were established by 13 dogs. The ability of scavenging oxygen free radicals was observed according to the indexes of enzymology, myocardial water content and electron microscopy. The myocardial protective effect of C93 and coenzyme Q10 was compared. After 30 ’of reperfusion, plasma MDA level and plasma creatine kinase activity of C93 group were lower than those of C0Q10 group (P <0.05), but plasma superoxide dismutase was higher than C0Q10 group (P < 0.05). Myocardial water content and mitochondria swelling in C93 group were lower than those in C0Q10 after 60 ’reperfusion (P <0.05). The results suggest that: C93 oxygen free radical scavenging capacity and mitochondrial repair rate are superior to C0Q10, indicating that C93 myocardial protection better than C0Q10.
