研究了以阳离子交换树脂和H-zsm-5分子筛为催化剂,单取代苯如甲苯、乙苯和氯苯的硝化反应.结果表明,当用离子交换树脂作催化剂时,甲苯、乙苯表现出高对位选择性,其对位/邻位比分别由0.70,1.10增加到1.41,2.08。当使用H-ZSM-5分子筛作催化剂时,氯苯表现出高对位选择性。其对位/邻位比由1.78提高到4.53。
The nitration of mono-substituted benzenes such as toluene, ethylbenzene and chlorobenzene with cation exchange resin and H-zsm-5 zeolite as catalysts was studied. The results showed that when using ion exchange resin as catalyst, toluene and ethylbenzene showed high para selectivity and the para / ortho ratio increased from 0.70 and 1.10 to 1.41 and 2.08, respectively. Chlorobenzene exhibits high para-selectivity when H-ZSM-5 molecular sieve is used as a catalyst. The para / ortho ratio increased from 1.78 to 4.53.
