目的:建立无花果中补骨脂素含量测定方法。方法:用反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对10个不同产地的无花果中所含的补骨脂素进行含量测定。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱,流动相:甲醇-水(41.7∶58.3);流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为246 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:补骨脂素在0.0125~2.000μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程:A=8×106X+59790,r=0.9999,平均回收率97.23%,RDS=2.02%(n=3)。结论:方法分离效果好,操作简便,稳定性好,重复性好,可用于无花果中补骨脂素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of psoralen in figs. Methods: The contents of psoralen in 10 figs of different origins were determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The column was Diamonsil C18 with the mobile phase of methanol-water (41.7: 58.3), the flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength of 246 nm and the column temperature of 25 ℃. Results: Psoralen showed good linearity in the range of 0.0125-2.000μg. The regression equation was: A = 8 × 106X + 59790, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 97.23% and RDS was 2.02% (n = 3). Conclusion: The method has good separation effect, simple operation, good stability and good repeatability. It can be used for the determination of psoralen in figs.
